Install new 24kw Generac on GenPad and install new 200 amp Service Rated Automatic Transfer Switch.This includes 25′ of generator to ATS separating all neutral and ground wirings in the main breaker panel, (Additional gas piping, service cable, or added work is at an extra cost). This includes all permits, labor & materials to complete installation. this equipment can power the average home. Very large homes with extra equipment may require load shedding . This also assumes natural gas is present at the address. If propane is required that is the responsibility and expense of the winner.
